  1. If you have concerns or questions regarding the current portfolio template, how to transfer it to your own blog, or how to complete it after getting it that far, please:

+ Ask classmates who've done it all ready, or
+ Post comments on this blog entry, where everyone can see them, and may respond right away.

    Cheers, PB

  2. Hello.
    Please help me.
I have a trouble. I can't show my portfolio's right side. I don't know how to show it. So, if you know how to it, please tell me.

  3. Hello, Yumi!

Thanks for providing the URL leading directly to your portfolio. I've had a look at the display. It looks to me as if there are incompatibilities between the portfolio tables and blog template, but your portfolio is okay as it is.

Although the table displays aren't quite complete, this is not a big problem. I believe you were able to see the far right columns of the tables in editing mode, because there is data in them. I can get it from source code or clippings, as necessary. So you can leave the tables as they are.

If you want to try for a full display, you can experiment with other templates, but should first save a copy of the one you have.

    0. Go to Customize (from blog) or Layout (from dashboard)

    1. Click on the Edit HTML tab.

Download [your] Full Template; and save it where you can access it easily, in case you want to restore it later.

    2. Pick [a] New Template

    Select a different template.
Preview it, to see if the tables look any better, and to make sure your Proto-Portfolios gadget appears at the foot of the display. If you aren't satisfied with the preview of a new template, don't save it (try another).

    3. Restoring the original template

If you save a new template, but later want to go back to your original one, you can do so from the Edit HTML tab. Upload (restore) the template that you downloaded and saved in step one (above).

Again, Yumi, your tables are okay as they are.

    Cheers, PB

  4. Correction and Clarification

    Correction
I've found a numbering error in section 4 of the template.

    Item 5.2.1 should be 4.2.1.

Please make that change in your own portfolios, as necessary.

    Clarification

The word "other" in section 4.2.2 means labels other than those spelled out in section 4.2.1.

In section 4.2.2 of your portfolios, please count and list only "other labels [that you've] attached to three or more posts."

  5. Thank you for your advice. I tried and I could it. Is it OK??

  6. Yumi, although the one-column template you've chosen certainly allows plenty of space for portfolio (PF) tables, it makes it harder to browse gadgets previously located in the sidebar. For example, please review PF items 4.1.3 - 4.2, and 4.2.2.

Next term, if not before, hopefully you can find a happy medium-width, two-column template that both:

    a) Fits PF tables; and

    b) Provides access to time-sensitive gadgets (such as recent comments) without any or much scrolling.

    Cheers, PB
