On fall semester, I was especially aware about organizing. I could understand good organize makes it easy to read and understand what you want to say. I noticed it when I read other classmate’s essay. Also, I thought it was important to use keyword in one paragraph. In this way, I thought I could develop organizing.
In my opinion, I became faster to think of my idea how to write what I want to say than before. So we can notice our development when we try to write something.
In this semester, my awareness of the English language developed more than spring semester. I could express my feeling or my opinion in English on the blog post. This is because I wrote many post every day. So I became able to express them better. Essays were maybe better than spring semester. I could write what I wanted to convey to everyone.
This season, I can write essay in English longer than before. But I write English shorter than other students. I can’t write English so long when Spring season. So I always worry when I start writing one theme . But now, if I get some theme, I can write it in English generally so I can write essay. But I don’t have a confidence about grammar, because sometimes my grammar is strange. And I can read a book faster than before.
I learned it is difficult for me to express what I want to say. When I wrote essay, I had to express what I wanted to say, and write correct English. I think I was able to write correct English and express what I want to say more easily than before, because I knew many English words until now in KGU.
I think plugging away at studies English is important. So I wrote many essays on my blog and diaries in this semester. I especially awoke to writing many words a essay.
I learn writing and reading skills in this semester. I wrote a lot of words and I read a lot of books. It was hard for me to do them. But I did my best. Now I can write what I want to say. Also, I can read English books faster than before. So I have made progress in English.
My English has changed because I think my English sentence became longer than before. Until last year or last semester, my English was separated. I think that is because I wrote English much more than last year. This semester, I wrote more than 15,000 words and that made me changed my English, I think. However, my CMC technology has not changed so much. I couldn’t talk in English in the class. I tried to talk in English when I’m in my home but wasn’t enough. That is my fault but writing skills are changed so I’m happy.
I changed my awareness of English language and CMC technology, for example, I studied that I have to touch English any time. I often practice translate from Japanese to English to keep my blog. It was a very good thing for me to practice English. And I wrote a lot of essays so I studied how to communicate people. It’s good practice to communicate people what I want to say.
In this semester I challenge one thing. It is exchanging e-mail in English frequently more than in spring semester. Two American families who accepted me in this summer home stay program and I exchange e-mail. It is a big development of Computer-Mediated Communication for me. I didn't exchange e-mail in English so much before this semester and I wanted to do it frequently, so home stay program and getting good connection are big chance in order to do it.
I could learn a lot of idioms through this writing class. I had to write 15000 words on the blog, so I wrote about my daily, but sometimes I couldn’t express well. Then I used ALK that is site of dictionary. It is described a lot of idioms with example sentences, so I was used them as reference. I could learn them by writing the blog everyday. Recently when I talked with exchange students, I could use them naturally and I could understand what they say, so I found that I could have a lot of idioms and vocabularies through writing class.
I tried to type as possible as quickly and write accurate English grammar because I wanted to approve my writing ability. So when I typed assignments on a computer, I always calculated the time and checked and searched accurate grammar.
I learn best with heightened awareness of what I am learning is typing in English and to write English grammar. I am poor at type in English but I can type in English second-semester. I can type in English faster than first-semester. I am very happy. Then, I can write English grammar better than before. I don’t like English grammar but I can write English grammar now. I changed my English language, communication technology, and writing this semester, because I can comment on a lot of people’s blog. It becomes to learn for me. Then I can communication many people.
I tell you about my developing awareness. First, I wrote some essay, book reviews and keep a diary in this semester. I wanted to write what I want to say. So I was careful to haw to write. I don’t like writing essay and diary in the beginning of spring semester, but I like it now. Second, my CMC technology is not changed so much. I want to develop it.
I studied Writing Ⅳ in this semester, I think that my awareness of the English language is developing. For example, my writing skill of English was growth, because I use my dictionary not many. I can read and write English before. And my knowledge of computer is deepens than spring semester.
I awoke to write and type quickly in this semester. I was in the habit of dropping into deep thought when I wrote sentences. I think I must to write and type speedy. I thought I try to treasure my friends. I didn’t very comment on my friend’s blog in spring semester. I regretted the fact, so I commented on my friend’s blog and answered to friend’s comments.
My writing has changed this semester. In this semester, I posted many works on my blog, for example, Typing homeworks, book reviews, quick posts and so on. I can write works quickly than before, so I think that my writing has changed. Quick posts particularly influence.
My English skill is growing now. First, I practiced writing of English on this class and I can write long compositions now. Also I can write smoothly. I’m glad to get this skill. Second, I think writing in English is very good. I have more time to write English better than before take this class. Third, I can read essays in hurry. I think the reason is that I practiced read essays of other students.
