Please post an individual response to item three, Achieving Satisfaction (Writing IV, 2010-11: §§ 1A and 1C, slide 7), in a single comment on this post.
I got satisfaction in this semester because I could get wonderful experience. First, I went to America. This is most important for me. I got communicative abilities from this. Second, I made many presentations on speaking class and I wrote English words so I used computer many times. I got technical skills. Finally, I think that this year is not so bad except lost my credit last semester.
I’m satisfied with my online writing. I think I have achieved my personal satisfaction, because I wrote many kinds of subjects and posted more than 15000 words on my blog this semester. I wrote about music I like, my favorite place etc. I also wrote in my diary and introduce my favorite musicians on my blog.
I’ll talk about my achieving satisfaction. In spring semester, we had to put picture with book review. These things are fall semester too and I put picture many times. Moreover, we had to post presentation and PowerPoint. It is easy to put the picture but PowerPoint is a little difficult. I could put picture and PowerPoint in my blog. This is my major achieving satisfaction. First time, I couldn’t come up with this class but my personal learning was gradually suited to me. All homework made me more wizards!!
I achieved to type 15000 words. I got satisfaction from the achievement. In addition, thorough writing composition in English on Internet, I could learn many things. For example, I could communicate many people and to use some documents on Internet. Last semester, I also learned about to communicate and to use some documents, but I couldn’t use the documents well. In this semester, I could communicate and use the documents better than before. These things were also my satisfaction.
I feel very happy about my effort for this class because I could type over 15,000 words in my blog.
In first semester's Writing class, I couldn't type over 10,000 words. Writing 10,000 words are the goals for Writing Class. But, I couldn't type over 10,000 words. So, In this class, I began to type faster than the first semester. So, I could type over 15,000 words.
I also tried to type long sentences because sentence made many words. So, I tried to type long sentences and I tried to make the sentences which reader can understand easily. I typed about soccer. But, I want to know the good points of soccer and how I enjoyed watching soccer very much.
I satisfied with the number of words which I typed in this semester and I enjoyed typing very much.
My writing style is writing daily life. I like to write daily life. For example, my university life and my holiday life. And I also like to write about me. For example, my hobby and favorite things. My personal learning is enjoying learning English. Enjoying learning English is so important for me. I must not dislike English. If I don’t like English, I couldn’t study English. I am sure that I avoid studying English. So I have to enjoy studing English.
Writing online won’t suit me. Because I don’t have any computers near by. And it takes time to startup my computer. If I wont use the note pc at home, I have to login at the university. I have to make a free time to post something. If I have time it doesn’t matter but if it’s not, that means I can write any single sentence in my blog. In the last of the semester my father bought me another new note pc. I thought I could post anytime I want but the wireless LAN won’t work sometimes at home so it’s hopeless. But it is true that I can post more and frequency than the older pc.
I was satisfied with my writing blog, because I think that I could write my ideas in any my blogposts. I tried to write my posts intelligibly in this semester. I used my dictionary many times for that. I could write more intelligible than 1st semester.
Also, I learned many new words and sentences by writing blog. I think writing blog was good experience for me.
I haven’t achieved satisfaction because I couldn’t reach aim number of words. I try to write my opinion each my post on my blog, so I can’t to write a lot of post. I spend a lot of time to one post. For example, I planed to post typing homework and some diary before I start. But I challenged to typing homework, I can’t write my opinion within five minutes so I challenge several times and I can’t post diary. The plan didn’t work out. So I try to good skill of typing.
In last year, my ability of writing English sentences was not enough. In fact, my sentences in 1st semester were not good. For example, my first book review was bad. The sentence doesn’t have paragraph, and it is only 58 words. However, my ability of writing was developed through this class. I can see process of developing on my blog. For example, essays, typing homework, book review, and free writing. All of them are much better. However, I want to develop more. I want to continue to make efforts of developing writing ability.
The second-grade writing class style was writing on the blog. I was curious because I had never written my blog. In addition I had not write much, so I could get good experience and writing skill. I thought I developed my writing skill and using expression in this class.
I think my best learning and writing style is to make contact with foreign people or people who learn English on the CMC technology because I like CMC technology. I think CMC technology is very convenience to learn language. CMC technology can make contact with a lot of people in the world. And I enjoyed this semester because I was looking forward to my friends’ comments on the CMC technology.
I could write a lot of sentences through my blog, and also read my classmate’s blog. It stimulated my eagerness to learn English, but I found that I lacking for my effort compared with other. Therefore, I’m not satisfaction with my effort. I would like to improve my English skill carries an effort.
I have achieved satisfaction through writing classes this semester. I was looking forward to reading my friend’s CMC. And I was glad to know their essays and other posts. CMC are convenience-writing styles. We can enjoy it easily.
I did to read many other student’s Essays. And I putted my many comments in their Essay. So I couldn’t do that in fall semester. So I decision to do this semester.
My learning style is to investigate. When I read book for books review. I consulted a dictionary for the spelling. So I could learn English words that I hadn’t known before.
I could achieve satisfaction to my writing online. That is why I could use good grammar, good words and good sentences for my blog posting. Someone watch my blog because I learn those and I achieved my satisfaction. And I was hard to write interesting writing. In Japanese, I could write interesting writing easily but I was hard to write interesting writing in English. I though I could write more interesting writing than spring.
